My name is Daniel Fowkes, blade smith & owner of Badger Blades.

I specialise in making high quality knives, tools and leather goods for various trades such as hunters, bush crafters and chefs. Each knife I make is carefully created by myself; from designing, to forging the blade, to the final leather work. I take care to produce the perfect knife for every job, using high quality stainless, carbon and Damascus steel. I try to source all of my materials locally, with professionally stabilised woods that really bring out the the beauty of the natural world.
